Your xNARA DNA report will provide you with a comprehensive evaluation of your genetic composition, presented as scores for various aspects of your health, including major bodily functions, mental well-being, aesthetics, and overall health. For each category, you will receive a thorough analysis of every condition, aspect, or characteristic within that specific area of focus. The results are certain to be intriguing!

Once we have received your sample, your DNA report will be available for download within a timeframe of 4-5 weeks.

Our team of highly skilled experts employs cutting-edge scientific tools in genetics to examine your DNA sample thoroughly and furnish you with an analysis report that is as exclusive as your fingerprint. In addition to revealing valuable insights about your genetic composition, including any predispositions to illnesses or your body’s response to fitness and stamina, your report will also feature personalized recommendations designed to help you achieve your health goals.

You only need to take the DNA test once since your genetic code remains the same throughout your life. However, in rare cases where certain conditions may cause changes to your genes, a new test may be necessary. Moreover, as advancements in genetic science continue to unfold, we may uncover new dimensions of your DNA. If this occurs, you will be informed, and you will have the option to upgrade your report at a minimal cost.

Although rejection can be discouraging, please do not lose heart if your sample is not accepted, as there could be several reasons for this, including damaged sample containers, tampered or damaged barcodes/QR codes, or inadequate shipping conditions for the sample. In rare instances, the quality of the sample may not be sufficient for the analysis process, despite our laboratories’ best efforts to work with the provided sample. Nevertheless, we cannot compromise the accuracy of the test results, so we will inform you if your sample is deemed insufficient.

Our DNA testing process is a straightforward 3-step procedure:

  1. Order and activate your kit.
  2. Spit into the provided tube and seal it.
  3. Ship your sample to our laboratory and wait for your results.

Upon receiving your test kit, you will find detailed instructions on how to collect your saliva sample. Before collecting your sample, it is important to follow these general precautions:

Do not:

  • Brush your teeth, use mouthwash, smoke, or chew tobacco/nicotine products.
  • Eat, drink, kiss, or chew gum for at least 30 minutes before collecting your sample.

Do:

  • Rinse your mouth with water 10 minutes before collecting your sample to remove any food particles.
  • Wait to collect a sufficient amount of saliva in your mouth before spitting.

If you have difficulty salivating, try this trick: Close your eyes and think about your favorite food or drink. Visualize its smell and texture while gently massaging the inside of your cheeks with your tongue.

In addition to the written instructions, our instructional video will guide you through the entire process, making it even easier for you to collect your sample accurately.

How to spit & seal correctly?

When completing the health assessment, it is important to disclose any allergies or food intolerances/sensitivities you may have. Please note that the xNARA DNA test currently does not provide reports on food allergies or sensitivities.

The DNA and Gut Microbiome tests are completely independent and do not have to be performed simultaneously. Therefore, you have the flexibility to choose when to take each test, as long as you adhere to the correct procedures for each test.

Using the vial provided and sealing the tube correctly ensures that the DNA sample is viable for four weeks.

Since food does not impact your DNA, fasting is not required for the test. You can take the test at a time that is convenient for you.

Congratulations on this special time of your life. Currently, we do not cater to the needs of pregnant women. However, we appreciate your interest in our services and will be happy to assist you post-pregnancy.

Yes, you can take the saliva-based genetic test regardless of your menstrual cycle, as it is not impacted by it.

No, this will not affect your DNA test result, but if your medication causes a dry mouth, ensure that your mouth is sufficiently moist when you collect your sample to guarantee that your sample contains enough cells for testing.

We recommend using your new test kit within 48 hours of opening it. Once your sample is ready, you must ship it within 24 hours, to ensure that the quality of your sample is not compromised in any way, as saliva is only viable for up to 4 weeks from the time you collect it and seal it.
