If you are based in Singapore, UAE, or India, there is no need to pay for shipping when sending your DNA/Microbiome sample. However, shipping charges will apply if you are located outside these countries. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and shown during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
We recognize that pets are important members of many families. However, please note that xNARA tests are based on scientific studies conducted on humans and are unsuitable for animal use.
Certainly. If a second user wants to use the same kit, they can register it under their own account. During the registration process, the second user will be asked if they are the primary or secondary user. Once they confirm that they are the secondary user, they can create their own account and proceed with the testing process.
Upon receiving your kit, we kindly ask that you inspect the vial for any cracks or damage to the preservative. If you notice any damage, please accept our apologies. While we make every effort to ensure that each kit is delivered in optimal condition, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transport. Please contact us right away, and we will promptly replace your kit. Once you receive your replacement kit, please examine it carefully to confirm that it is in excellent condition. If there is any damage, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team for further assistance.

However, we are actively exploring opportunities to establish partnerships with insurance companies to provide our customers with more options for accessing our services. Receiving your first batch of Complements is an exciting prospect, but creating the perfect formula for you takes time, so we appreciate your patience.
If you’ve only filled out the assessment based on your nutritional report, the manufacturing, and delivery of Complements will take:
- Up to 14 days for India*
- Up to 6 days for UAE and GCC countries*
- Up to 4 days for Singapore*
- Up to 15 days for USA & UK*
If you opted for the Microbiome and DNA tests, your nutritional profile on our system would be updated automatically once your DNA/microbiome test report is ready. The next batch of Complements shipped to you will contain your updated formula.

If the status appears as “Sample in transit” after more than 2-3 weeks, there might be an error in the status, a delay in the shipment, or the unlikely event of the sample being lost in transit. Please contact our customer support, and we will try to resolve this matter in 24 hours.
To track your order, simply navigate to the “My Tracking” section of your dashboard on our website. Additionally, we will send the tracking number for your shipment to your registered email.
Using the vial provided and sealing the tube correctly ensures that the DNA sample is viable for four weeks.
The stabilizing solution in the Microbiome test kit ensures that the sample remains viable and stable for up to 4 weeks. It’s important to mix your sample with the solution thoroughly to ensure its effectiveness.
Once you have successfully collected your sample, follow the instructions on the kit to register it. Place your sample inside the provided plastic bag, and contact us online to arrange for the sample to be collected.
